Note from Shelia... I glanced at my calendar today and realized that July was almost over. At
first I thought that I was 'sleepwalking' through this month. Then it occurred
to me that creating my day and focusing on the moment circumvents the idea of
time as we know it. When I look back on what was accomplished, nothing was left
undone and I have a wonderful time. Even this newsletter has gotten to you in
July.
When I woke up this morning, I wrote down my ideas for the day and one of
the things that popped into my awareness was writing this newsletter. Under
normal circumstances, I would have panicked realizing the month was almost over
and I had not written the Luminati Newsletter. Then it occurred to me that if I
had written it earlier it would not have come together as smoothly and perfectly
as it has today. The moment spoke to me and I took action. How wonderful it
feels to let go and allow!
My experience with creating my day and focusing on the present moment has
proven to be motivating, relaxing, and peaceful. No more worrying or concerns
about what should get done. Instead, I am doing what feels right in the moment
and everything is getting done. I have to admit that all of the things I put on
my list to create for a specific day do not happen. The things that flow from
my heart instead of my head are the ones that manifest first. Guess my heart is
clearer about what needs to be accomplished then my head. For more information

"A Moment to Cherish"
by one of the Event Facilitators
 From the road outside the lobby of the Mena House I see hundreds of people gathered in rows. Each of the facilitators is at the front of each row. There is a color associated with each
facilitator matching each of the charkas, plus white for the eighth chakra. Then, when ready, the signal is passed down the rows for silence to commence. As each row quiets, a single drumbeat can be heard. The sun is on the horizon.
The predetermined group begins with the facilitator taking a stride and the row of people follows slowly, but deliberately out the gate of the Mena House, bending to the right and starting up the drive to the
Giza Plateau. Some of the staff of the Mena House and a few guests watch in silence as each man, woman, and child begin the silent processional toward the pyramid.
As each person starts up the road to the pyramid, to either side is someone continuing the drumming of a single beat that matches that of Mother Earth’s heart or Hertz as some know it. Each participant is deep in contemplation and intent, prepared, excited, and more alive than they ever have been in any moment. Some look up, hoping for a glimpse of the ships that will be silently watching. Others stare at the pyramid, perhaps for the first time in this lifetime and are in awe. Many notice the intensity
of the sun as it begins to set as a large red ball. Still others watch the person in front of them matching their steps to beat of the drums.
And as the rows move to either side of the Great Pyramid, the drumming continues. Then when the people begin to complete the circle, the drummers walk single file and join the others. Each participant holds the hand of the person beside him or her, closing the circle. The band of energy is complete. Each takes a moment to feel this energy, and fill his/her heart with love and joy.
In a prepared manner, we silently hold the intentions and begin the sacred “Ohmmmm” and very naturally begin to step hand-in-hand to the right. “Aummmmmm” is heard in every octave and intensifies as we continue to circle. One sound. One energy. One intention. Only One is circling the pyramid…
”Ooooommmmmm” “Ohhhhooomm” “AUMMM”. Individual voices ring. We feel it vibrate deep inside. How beautiful it sounds. I take a deep breath, hoping to breathe it all into me. I feel the energy flowing through my heart. I am allowing the sound of my “Ohmmm” to come forth in whatever way it desires. Sometimes it is soft and sometimes it is high, then low. I see children up to my left smiling with eyes sparkling and joyfully sounding “Ohmmm.” I look to my right and the woman has tears running down her face.
She looks as if she is the happiest she has very been. It touches my heart. I start to cry.
Then as it happened for us at each temple in which we did toning, I hear a blending. Just like the energy that is streaming through my heart, I feel no more individual voices. It is only one voice as a harmonized blend joined by an orchestra of angels. Yes, angels! I hear angels. It is so beautiful. My body begins to vibrate
so much that I know the people holding my hands must wonder what is happening to me. The love is so powerful that I wonder if it can get any better than this. And just as this thought passes through my brain, my head naturally arches up. What do I see with my physical eyes? What am I seeing with my third eye? Magic. Pure magic.
Time suspends. Am I this physical form? What am I that I can feel this? I do not want this feeling to end and internally voice my intention to be able to bring forth this feeling…this passion…this glory in every moment. There is no more separation between the physical, the people in the circle, and the pyramid before me. I am all of it.
Then, slowly, almost not detectable, the circle starts to move slower. I am aware of people coming to a stop, but swaying still “Ommming” in one voice. Tears still flow. I am overwhelmed in every emotion. No one wants to “let go.” Gently, the predestined signal is given – a deep bell tone. I find that I am on the far side of the pyramid. Hands drop. People cry. I hear laughter. People are hugging. The line to my right begins to move. I am more alive than I have ever been. I allow the new feelings to
flow through me one by one.
As I round the Sphinx side of the pyramid, I hear the soft playing of flutes. The flute players have already taken their positions along the road. People walk and stare back at the pyramid, at what is in the sky, at the Security Guards in tears and bowing. A camel calls out in acknowledgement. I laugh quietly and think, “You got that right!”
The flute players are emotional, but able to provide the needed “tone” to allow us to walk in silence, assimilating all that has just happened. I see children bunch together walking arm in arm with 4 and 5 across. They look back and smile. One woman is so overwhelmed with joy that she stumbles. Someone comes to her aid. She nods in gratitude. The line continues to exit the plateau headed for the Mena House.
Some of the staff of Quest Travel and the Mena House are standing in front of the lobby doors greeting people as they enter. Tear strains are visible on their cheeks. They hug some. Smile at others. I hear “Welcome home” and “Thank you.” I go to my room and find a pen and paper. I cannot write fast enough. Symbols are coming into my vision one by one. The words are flowing off the pages.

Greetings Masters,
Lets talk briefly about
manifesting or shall we say ‘creating your day.’ First, have next to your bed a note pad and
pen to bring the thoughts in right away after you wake. Thinking too much will only place you in your
ego self. Let your ego have a break and
let the God within bring wonderful choices your way. Some of you will see a picture of your day
and others of you will tell your self the story of your day. Be careful to leave the detail to Spirit and
only place the things on the list that can be realized in your pattern at this
time. The more you work with this energy
the more expansive your vision will be.
Begin with simple statements that describe a specific desire that can be
seen in your day and you will be aware when it does indeed manifest. For example you could see yourself increasing
the number of business contacts and sales, feeling unconditional love in your
heart when you would normally be angered, recognize when you are listening to
your mind chatter instead of your God within, getting a great deal on an item
that you have been waiting to purchase, drinking plenty of water to stay
hydrated, craving one specific kind of food that is good for your heart,
receiving a call or visit from someone you love, doing a chore at your home or
work place that you have been putting off,
finding extra time in the day to rest and contemplate. The list is endless because you are all
different with special wants. Each day
you waste your ‘imagined’ time doing things you dislike doing. As your skill at being present and creating
your reality consciously improves, you will have placed stepping stones to
bigger and better energy waves for creation in your Isness. Bigger and better experiences, for you and
those fortunate enough to be in your field, will be your greatest gift.
