"TERMS AND CONDITIONS"

Luminati Inc. is travel host for your selected tour and will be handling the tour reservations, payments and travel arrangements.

• TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
• --Luminati Inc. reserves the right to deny acceptance of any Registration.
• --$500 deposit is required along with the completed registration form. The deposit is non-refundable! Final payment is due      60 days prior to departure. NO refunds will be made 60 days prior to the departure date.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!
• --There will be NO refunds for those who register 60 days or less prior to the departure date or for those who CANCEL 60 days or less prior to departure date.  CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING!!!!!!!!!!!!
• --Cancellation of this Journey by Luminati Inc. will result in a refund for the land portion of the journey only.  If EgyptAir tickets have been purchased all efforts will be made to secure a refund. If no refund is given the ticket will be good for 1 year.
• --No refund will be paid for unused services listed as part of this Journey.
• --The cost of this Journey is subject to increase due to extra costs to Luminati Inc. for any and all activities connected with this Journey.  The price of the airfare portion of this Journey is subject to change until the ticket(s) have been purchased.  Once the air ticket(s) have been issued, there will be no ticket price refund. However, all efforts will be made to secure a refund from EgyptAir.  If a refund is not given the ticket will be good for 1 year.
• -- The cost of this Journey is based on double occupancy.  If Luminati Inc. is unable to match a single traveler with a roommate, the single supplement price will apply. 
• --A valid passport is required.  Passport numbers are required 60 days prior to departure.  Any registration after 60 days prior to departure will require a passport number at time of registration.
• -- Luminati Inc. reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances as well as the right to change the accommodations listed for others of similar quality.
• --Luminati Inc. operates this Journey as agents of the aircraft, travel insurance agents, railroads, car rental contractors, steamship lines, hotels, bus operators, sightseeing contractors and others who provide actual arrangements.  Luminati Inc. is not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss or damage or nonperformance in connection with these Journeys.
• --Travel insurance is not included in the Journey price.  It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to obtain travel insurance.  Luminati Inc. highly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance.  You will be required to provide proof of travel insurance or sign a waiver releasing Luminati, Inc. from any and all liabilities.
• --Any person or persons participating in our producing partner program is released from any and all liabilities in connection with these journeys and are considered independent agents.
