We are here on a journey of self-rediscovery--unveiling the gift of who we are, layer by layer. In doing so, we find in our possession, a magical element that is key to understanding, integrating, and evolving. And that piece of magic is our capacity to love. The Heart Chakra is an emanating, emerald temple of unconditional love that bridges the aspects of our inner and outer extremities and simultaneously is the connecting element across the worlds of our celestial landscape, joining us in unity and wholeness. It lies center of our energy system known as our Chakras, which hold the sum totality of our infinite potentials. In unraveling the secrets which our essence already knows, we are able to have an intimate experience of just how powerful and beautiful we are and come to understand and honor the physical human temples we are blessed in choosing to reside in. And we then catch a glimpse of the magical Presence that we are. Through a rare, Egyptian exploration, supported by the energy of the Ancients, we will access the birthright of each of these centers, to allow for a total and integrated experience of empowerment in the here and now. To the depth of each individual's choosing, we will explore our resonating truths, which will open an inner dialogue of introspective inspiration, so that we may easily hear the call of our signature song. Utilizing visionary art, Reiki, free-form movement, voice, intuition, and the energy of each sacred site as key tools to open the innate, natural flow of life force energy through our Chakras, we will gently and lovingly support and guide you on a journey of remembrance, that will implore you to be all that you can be. This is an embracing journey to our origins, where magical doorways will open, but it will be up to us to choose to walk through them. The answers are yours to discover within your hearts. We are honored in inviting you to join us as we consciously invoke our core vibrations and gracefully move into a deeper cellular embodiment of Who We Are. Welcome.

DETAILED ITINERARY
|
|
Departure Day: Tuesday, December 2, 2008
Egypt Air flight for those traveling with us to Cairo leaves
at 6:30PM EST from JFK in NY. (over night flight)
Day One: Wednesday, December 3, Arrive Cairo, Egypt
Upon arrival in Cairo, we are greeted in the airport by a
Quest Travel/Luminati representative who will provide us with our Egyptian
Visa, guide us through immigration, collect our bags, and assist with
customs. An air-conditioned bus will
take us to our hotel. The rest of the
day is on your own to unwind, relax by the pool, and explore. This evening we
will get together as a group to discuss our journey.
Day Two: Thursday, December 4, Luxor / Sonesta St. George
Hotel / Luxor Temple
Let’s fly... an early transfer to the Cairo airport and we
are off to Luxor, the heart of Egypt. We
will be escorted to the beautiful 5-star St. George Hotel in the heart of the
city. This afternoon will be free to
explore and enjoy this lovely hotel. In the evening our guide will take us to
Luxor Temple where we will walk the avenue of the Ram Headed Sphinx’s and
listen as he tells us about this sacred site know as the Temple of Man. After visiting the temple, we will have the
opportunity to go to a store where you can buy jewelry, custom made galabaya’s,
T-shirts with your name, and other items.
Here you can use your credit card safely. B
Day Three: Friday, December 5, Dendara / Abydos / Sonesta
St. George Hotel
This morning we will join a caravan through the countryside
of Egypt to Dendara, the Temple of Hathor, the mistress of the cycle of time,
the Goddess of love, joy, and dance. The Temple was built during the reign of
Ptolemy XII around 80-51 BC. It is truly
a magnificent temple to behold with chapels, chambers, staircases, and
columns. A crypt that we will visit
gives new meaning to the words ‘let there be light’. Activation of our 4th chakra at this sacred
temple of love will prepare us for our experience in the heart of Egypt,
Luxor. Next mysterious Abydos, the
Temple of Osiris, has seven sanctuaries dedicated to Seti 1, Ptah, Harakhte,
Amun Ra, Osiris, Isis, and Horus. All over the temple you can feel the energy
of Thoth, the god of wisdom. In the
Ancient Osirian Temple, you will see a ‘flower of life’ symbol that dates back
over 5000 years. As you may have
guessed, this is the place where we activate our 6th chakra for vision and
intuition. This evening is on your own.
B/L
Day Four: Saturday, December 6, Karnak Temple / Sonesta Moon
Goddess
This will be a very early morning so that we can arrive at
Karnak Temple before the crowds. Karnak Temple is dedicated to the Invisible
God, Amun Ra. Our ceremony in the ‘holy of holies’ will bring full circle the
energy we have been experiencing throughout our journey. Our hearts will be
opened and joy will flow like a great fountain.
We will also visit the Chapel of Sekhmet, the Goddess of Personal Power
that will balance the two sides of our physical Isness. After lunch on the Moon Goddess we will meet
as a group. B/L/D
Day Five: Sunday, December 7, Valley of the Kings
This morning our group will visit the Valley of the Kings,
where the magnificent hieroglyphic reliefs depict the journey of the Pharaoh
through the underworld to the land of Ra.
Then we will see the Funerary of Queen Hatshepsut, the Colossi of Memnon
and Medinat Habu the temple of Ramses.
For our shopping pleasure we will visit an alabaster shop with lovely
hand made alabaster vases, bowls, and statues.
Our group will meet again this evening.
B/L/D
Day Six: Monday, December 8, Peaceful Cruising on the Nile
There will be no
wake-up call today. Get up in time for
an enjoyable breakfast as we cruise on the Nile. This is your chance to bask in the sun, swim, write in your journals, or
just sit on your private balcony and watch the Nile go by. B/L/D
Day Seven: Tuesday, December 9, Edfu / Kom Ombo
A buggy ride will take us to the Temple of Horus at
Edfu. This temple celebrates the
movement of third dimensional energy to the fourth dimension. Horus, the son of
Isis and Osiris, ascends the third plane into the heart of unconditional love.
This is accomplished through his battle with Seth the negative aspect we all
have within us. The energy of Edfu helps us identify our third dimensional
world by activating the 3rd charka. On
we sail to Kom Ombo, the Temple of Two Gods. Here we will experience the energy
of this sacred healing temple dedicated to Horus and Seth. These two aspects of self live peacefully
together realizing that to know good we must experience the opposite. Our
activation will be connected with the 2nd chakra. After experiencing this temple we will again
board our boat and cruise to Aswan. Later in the afternoon we will have a
peaceful felucca ride, an Egyptian sailboat, then off to the market place for
bargains. The activity, sounds, and
smells will definitely take you back in time.
B/L/D
Day Eight: Wednesday, December 10, Philae / Cairo Museum
We will rise early this morning and leave by bus to visit
Philae, the Temple of Isis. Upon arrival
we will celebrate the Mother Goddess in the sacred sanctuary of Isis,
activating the 1st chakra, as we re-member the magic we hold within. Our guide
will share the history of Philae and we will have time to explore on our own.
After our visit to Philae, we fly back to Cairo and go directly to the famous
Cairo Museum. Here we will see many treasures such as Khafra’s immaculate
diorite statue, statues of Queen Hatshepsut, treasures of King Tut and
Ahkenhten to name but a few. There will be time to explore the museum on your.
B/L/D
Day Nine, Thursday, December 11, Saqqara /Dahshur
We travel today to the Old Kingdom Necroplis of Saqqara with
its Step Pyramid. This special place holds the energy of the 5th chakra and is
known as the space of tones. Activating our 5th center will allow our voices to
be heard through the initiation of sound.
Our next stop will be the fabulous Tombs of the Nobles with their vivid
symbolic reliefs depicting everyday life in ancient Egypt. They are so well preserved that one wonders
how they could have survived for over 4,000 years. In Dahshur we see the Red
Pyramid and Bent Pyramid. On our way back, we will stop at a carpet factory to
see the traditional art of hand weaving silk and wool into gorgeous
carpets. Lunch will be provided at a
typical Egyptian restaurant where they serve hot delicious pita bread, salads,
and shish-kabob. This evening we will
come together to discuss tomorrows ceremony in the Great Pyramid. B/L
Day Ten, Friday, December 12, Great Pyramid / Sphinx /
Farewell Dinner
We will start our day by paying respect to the Sphinx, the
great lion sentinel of the plateau with its carved body of a lion and head of a
man. We then visit the 3 pyramids of the
plateau saving the Great Pyramid until last. It is at this time our group will
experience the magical energy of the Great Pyramid with our optional private
‘12-12 Ceremony’ inside experiencing the Queens Chamber working with the heart
chakra and then into the awesome Kings Chamber for the crown chakra. Later a
delightful camel ride into the desert awaits us after our private pyramid
visit. The remainder of the day is reserved for rest, contemplation and
integration. It is also time to pack for our journey home. Tonight we will be
escorted to a special place for a wonderful farewell dinner. B/D
Day Eleven: Saturday, December 13, Say ‘Goodbye’ to Egypt
for now and depart for home

BIOS
Tania Marie is a deeply compassionate and committed Visionary Artist, Reiki Master Teacher, Reverend of the Universal Life Church Monastery, intuitive, explorer of conscious experience, and avid traveler (including two spiritual journeys of energy work in Egypt). As a passionate child, the gift of art and boundless imagination came second nature to her, but it wasn't until 30 that she left the corporate world to follow
that path. It was then that she started her own custom art business and explored other avenues of creative self-expression through modeling. Dissatisfied with the limits of the custom business and wanting more from life, she developed her own unique style of visionary realism and devoted herself to passionately creating her first original series of oil paintings (a sum total of her life's work thus far) due for release in 2009. With the courage and intent to embrace the fullness of her essence and path of service,
as it reflects from her heart, she found herself immersed in exploring the healing arts. This led her to train as a Reiki Master Teacher and commit as a Healing Minister and Reverend of the Universal Life Church Monastery. As an innovator and bridge worker, she is currently working on a new form of art and healing that incorporates voice, telepathy, deep connective expression, and crystal healing, and has several collaborative projects in the works. She continues to be a student of life with a great love for
our ancient and cosmic mysteries. Nothing brings her greater joy than to share the love that flows in and through her.
Mykal Aubry is a visionary artist and Reiki practitioner who journeys to the inner-most depths of his core in order to create paintings that invoke self-love, reborn in the heart of the soul. His images are powerful sanctuaries of peace. In 2003, after several years with a successful career as an art director in the feature film advertising industry, he was inspired to create a series of paintings about the chakra system
titled “Light-Seven: Sacred Portraits of the Chakras.” Since their unveiling in 2005, the paintings have deeply touched and inspired the souls of thousands of people. Devoted to embracing and integrating all aspects of the self with presence of heart, Mykal uses his ability as a painter and energy worker to reflect to people, their own beauty, power and inherent worth. He has a vast love for the earth and the physical universe through which it travels. It is his joy and honor to be of service to the beloved existence
of All That Is.
